What to Wear

  • Aerial Classes :: Short sleeve, snug fitting t-shirt, workout leggings

  • Pole Classes :: Tank top, athletic shorts

What to Leave at Home

  • Rings, necklaces, bracelets, big earrings, watches

  • No strong perfumes

  • No lotions

What to Bring with You

  • Water (we do have water and snack items for $1)

  • Yoga mat (for pole classes)

  • Yoga blocks, straps, bands  (conditioning, flexibility)

  • Socks, legwarmers, extra leggings/shorts, knee pads made for pole fitness, platform heels like Pleasers brand (for pole may or may not need these items for every single class but they are good items to have on hand)

  • What we call 'tack'  (it helps you stick to equipment)

  • Your phone to track your progress!
