A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are "bathed" in sound waves produced by instruments like singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, and chimes. The benefits of a sound bath include physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Specialty Aerial Apparatus Workshop
LEVELS:: All Levels. Students should have 1-3 aerial classes before the event.
This 90-minute workshop will review fundamental movements on various apparatus such as LED double Lyra, loops, dance trapeze, Aerial net, and aerial heart.
